El Muro de las Lágrimas
The wall of tears is a historic site west of Puerto Villamil. It was constructed by prisoners of the penal colony on the island. The wall is about 25 meters tall and is said to have been the cause of thousands of deaths durings its construction. Locals call it the wall of tears because it is said to emanate eerie cries and have a heavy energy surrounding it.

Now a days, not much remains of the penal colony but this part of the wall is kept in commemoration of a not so glorious part in history.
The area
You enter the area at the signpost (waypoint). You can get all the way to the infoboard (starting point) by bike (easy to rent in town) and the path is well suitable for bikes. From the infoboards, you will have to walk to the final location however. Further to the cache, you will be rewarded with a great view.

Puzzle
At the start coordinates you find an infoboard telling of the infamous Isabela Penitentiary Colony.
Find the years the colony ran (start year = ABCD, end year = EFGH)
Now, take these numbers and enter into the following formula:
S00 51.609 W091 10.351
+0D.CBA -0H.GFE
S00 ??.??? W091 ??.???
Note you have to add for the longitude and deduct for latitude.
