Geocache Description:

The city of Mt. Juliet is working hard at building a solid greenway network. This cache is near a new trailhead recently constructed with bathrooms and drinking fountains. The trailhead was built by Amazon as part of building their new 3.5million square foot fulfillment centers, one of the largest building in Tennessee. In addition to this trailhead they constructed a significant amount of greenways along Golden Bear Gateway. This series of caches live along MJ greenways and are a tribute to my favorite childhood author Shel Silverstein, each one named after a different poem of his. The series is named after one of his bestselling books, Where the Sidewalk Ends. Published in 1974 for children, it contained profanity and lewd subject matter and was banned in many libraries and schools but is recognized today as a popular book for children. Due to copyright provisions here I cannot share the text of the poem but I encourage you to go and have a read.
