Geocache Description:

I'm under orders from Triple_P to get a cache placed in December. (He's having some sort of grid issue.) So, rather than say Horseradish! to that, I took another drive up to a Tipp City Park and found a spot for a Small. From what I understand, the park is closed from 2300 to dawn.

I parked in the same parking lot that I did for GC9J99W. See the waypoint noted below. However, there is a parking lot to the south of that one that's about as close. You can also park in the lot on Parkwood Dr. near where the bike path crosses that road and have a nice longer walk.

Just up the slight hill from the bike path in the vicinity of the cache is a trail of sorts that runs along the treeline. Once you're on that trail and approaching where it might be time to head into the woods, look for a small concrete platform. The frisbee golfers use the platform. There is a trail leading down into the woods on the north end of that platform that will minimize the effort to get into the woods. (Be careful when it's slickery.)

You will at times need to contend with muggles on the bike path and trail. There will also be the aforementioned frisbee golfers. But I've never met a frisbee golfer who seemed to be any threat to geocaches. In fact, the two I met this afternoon while I was testing coordinates were quite okay with what I was up to. There just isn't any possibility that they went down into the woods after I left and stole my cache.

Speaking (metaphorically) of coordinates, the woods and nature of The Spot gave my electronic playmate fits. She finally, with a little help, came up with numbers that seemed to work in between hiccups, but the only thing I'm reasonably sure that you can count on is that they should get you close enough for the hint to work. (And now that it's been long published, I can add that I checked things since first measuring them and the numbers still worked.)

Please cover it back up when you're finished.
