Merry Christmas Blenheim cachers and any cachers visiting Blenheim at the moment. Thanks to the flexibility of our South Island reviewer, I managed to get this cache published for Christmas day. Will anyone get a Christmas FTF present, or will they use it as a 25th of December stat for some challenge in the future. However you play the game, Merry Christmas from Kiwimykl and NZDi.
It seems no matter where you go in the Wither Hills Farm Park (WHFP), you will come across these signs warning you to stay on the track in order to prevent the spreading of Chilean Needle Grass. While to me, they provide a handy location to hide a cache, it wasn't until I looked into it further for this cache, that I realised what a nasty pest and biosecurity hazard Chilean Needle Grass is. This cache was placed while NZDi, Raisinpig and myself were doing the 2021 Marlborough Mount Everest Challenge, along with 'Trainspotting' (GC9H8B0) and 'Relax on the way to Jane's seat' (GC9HFW2).
The cache container is the same format as the other two mentioned. You may need to bring a special tool (tweezers) to retreive the log from the cache container, and you will need to be careful when removing the log not to lose the other special tool in the cache which is used for rolling the log back up so it fits back in the container.
