The geocache is not at the posted coordinates. Enter the woods there and follow the directions:
1. Continue along the trail in the open woods area to a nice creek crossing with a large flat rock. Wading may be required following heavy rains.
2. Cross the creek and walk to the large man-made object which is 2-3 feet tall.
3. Oh my, now to project - From the man-made object project 101 degrees for 262 feet.
4. Can't do a projection, well we don't want to make it a Difficulty 1, so you'll have to figure out the coordinates on your own. Maybe you can add a new waypoint at the large object and travel 262 feet and look for some large downed trees. The cache is at the downed tree more to the southeast. You should learn to do projections.

There is a stamp and ink in the container. They are not trade items, but you may stamp your own book. If you have a stamp, stamp it in the logbook. This is not a requirement. Signing your geo-name is proof of your find.
The cache is in a Delaware State Park. The park is open 8 am to sunset. Fees apply March through November. If you don’t have a park sticker, payment envelopes and credit card kiosks are available in the parking lots for the $4 (DE) or $8 (out of state) fee.
