Geocache Description:

I live near this spot and often pass by here while walking my dog daily. Almost every walk without fail I see a young teenager named Hunter in a Green Bay Packers jersey whose #1 passion is trains. He rides his bike to certain spots along the line following the communication signals with his phone. The last time I saw Hunter I snapped this photo of him from a distance waving at the upcoming train to get him to blow the whistle. I then walked up to Hunter and introduced myself and showed him this picture. He loved it! Texted him the image and struck up a conversation.

I told him I'm a father of 4 kids and I have so many pictures of my kids that I've taken but very few of me in the picture with them. Kinda like him and his photos of his trains I said. He chuckled at the comparison. So this cache is in honor of Hunter and his passion for trains. Look to the northwest from this spot and you will likely see him.

Plenty of parking at ground zero. Please tread lightly and dont hurt the foliage. This newly constructed community space to the northeast of ground zero was in need of a cache. It is used for all kinds of events in old town Elk Grove like food truck nights, the Dickens Fair and more. I hope you enjoy this cache and have the patience to find it. Once this  parking lot starts hoppin with business I imagine more stealth will be necessary when searching for this 4 STAR Hide.
