This open area in Apollo County Park on the Mason-Dixon Trail on the York County side of the Susquehanna River gives an expansive view of the newly renovated Safe Harbor Trestle Bridge. It's not quite a mile each way from parking with two minor stream crossings. The park is open dawn to dusk. In late afternoon, it will be sunny walking along the blue-blazed Mason-Dixon for the section between woods and field. But much of it is lushly green with pawpaw, umbrella magnolia, and a wide variety of other trees and plants.
The container is now a small tube stuck securely on the new bench. Please make sure it is secure when you replace it.
You can find a trail map on the park website

Congratulations to moocher2notyou for the early morning (but not too early) first-to-find.
