This geocache starts the East Chrismas Lights tour of Winnipeg. This is an easy park and grab. The cache can be found at any time of day, but the tour has the best impact after dark.
Brighten your spirits by taking some time to tour this years' Christmas lights! The suggested route was taken from the Winnipeg Christmas Map public facebook group and a full Google map of locations with Christmas lights can be found here. There are other moderately decorated homes on the map, but I have provided waypoints for the Gold Star Decorations, Themed and Light Shows.
Waypoints have been provided to lead you through the suggested route from the geocache.
Notes:
Minikada Bay and Hoka Street both have several decorated houses. If you are in the area they are worth a look.
