Geocache Description:

Looking north, you've got a terrific view of TTC trains passing by below you. Whevener I cross any of the bridges connecting Duplex Avenue to Yonge Street along blocks north of here, I like to take a moment to look down and watch them.

Also to your north, you will find Davisville Yard, where trains are stored and rotated using the branching tracks. This is where decomissioned trains go to be disassembled for scrap, among other things. When something out of the ordinary is happening in the subway, chances are Davisville Yard is involved.

You can read about the fascinating history and functions of this yard here: https://transittoronto.ca/subway/5301.shtml
