Geocache Description:


Enjoy the view of the Intracoastal waterway from this beautiful waterfront park. The park is named after Colonel Michael J. Horan, the mayor of St. Pete Beach from 1992 to 1996.

The cache is a black nano. You'll need a log removal tool. Beware of mini muggles.
