At this location is a large Memorial for those believed to be buried here.
We were once here many years ago and I wanted to publish a cache here ever since as it is a key memorial to the area.
Named Kaffirdift this area still host a very lonely police station which seems to be abandoned and was once the watch point for this farming area after it was used as a post during the frontier wars in South Africa
The Memorial was errected in 1969 and is surprisingly in good condition, I cannot say much for the graves nearby.
I have very little information on this location and any additional information is greatly appreciated. The only thing I was able to find was a news article in the Talk of the Town in the nearby Port Alfred which I will post as soon as I can find it.
