Come join us for a geocaching event at the East Lodge at Mendon Ponds Park on Sunday, Janurary 9th, 2022 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
After skipping 2021 Winterfest is back for 2022.
- Have questions about your GPS or Smartphone app?
- Are you a seasoned geocacher and want to meet up with friends for conversation, and caching?
- Want to share your best advice on how to find caches in the snow?
- Come join us for an afternoon of fun!
There are many great trails for hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and horse back riding. There are over 50 permanent geocaches hidden in the park. For the event, we will have a table setup in the East lodge with information. Demonstrations will be run for anyone that is interested in trying it out.
If you are into geocaching or just want to know what it's all about, come on out and meet your local cachers and get a chance to have your questions answered.
