Welcome to Koreshan Historic State Park geocaching series.
These geocaches are set up for you to learn a little about this history and get a smiley too! Each cache will give you some history about a former resident or information about one of the historic buildings. There is an admission to enter the park. Check park hours because they change but campers can access these geocaches anytime.
Damkohler, a German settler who homesteaded here, built his cabin for the family in 1882and began clearing the land as well as planting crops to sustain them . Shortly after meeting Cyrus Teed, he donated his land along the Estero River to the Koreshan Unity. Stop in to learn more!
