Hello and welcom to the Hicory Knolls natural area! This is going to be an easy find since you have a huge refrence point, The giant silver water tower that is still in use today by the Illinois Youth Center (formerly the St. Charles School for Boys). Once you make it up Water Tower Hill you will see that the water tower is fenced off, the cache is not inside the fenced in area. This cache is on state land and was placed with permission of the Illinois Youth Center Engineering department. My container has been stolen several times, if you make it to the water tower and it's gone, please log yourself a find!
