My dear friends Dimbuckle and Ernesto were last seen together leaving their great uncle Morties’ late one winter evening. Uncle Mortie is 105 years old, and has not heard from them since. After interviewing many of the surrounding citizens, it is rumored that they both decided to go off for a bit of an evening hike.
Sydney Tweeters, a local barred owl said she last talked to them at Culler’s Overlook where they had parked their car. Sydney shared this was at about 3:00 pm on Christmas Eve. She mentioned they said they wanted to explore the forest trails a bit more, before heading home and did not say where they were going.
Thomas Turtle, a fellow park ranger mentioned he met up with Ernesto at about 8:00 pm, after he came to him looking for help in finding Dimbuckle. Ernesto said his friend decided to venture off on his own, and they both got seperated. Soon after Ranger Turtle found Ernesto, a bear chased them deep into the woods, and they lost track of one another. A search team was then quickly sent out.
After wandering around, Thomas Turtle's search team came upon a broken gravy bowl filled with mashed potatoes. They mentioned they found the bowl on the side of “Campground Trail”. "It looked like someone ran away and left in a hurry", the team said. Mr. Turtle said he remembered seeing Ernesto carrying the bowl earlier, and knew it belonged to him. Hours and Hours went by, and the search team were unable to find both Dimbuckle and Ernesto.
We need your help in the search of finding our beloved friends. They are quite scared of the dark. GPS coords have been listed of their parking spot, and area in which Ranger Turtle last saw Ernesto.
Please note: Please return Dimbuckle and Ernesto back to their original locations. Dimbuckle does not need to be removed, so please leave him as found. Good Luck! Remember to use all of the clues you find. GPS coords have been listed with the locations Dimbuckle and Ernesto visited. Ernesto is carrying a message with him. Please use this to help find his friend.
