This has been placed at stop no 6 on the "Rooted in time" self drive tour itinerary which will take you to 10 points of interest in the Knysna forest in the vicinity of Diepwalle and Gouna.
If you stop here you can pause for a picnic or even a braai and take a short 150 metre walk to the nearby Grootboom where there is also a cache (GC9K8R4 ) waiting for you.
In the old days this corner was infamous - but you will have to visit and read the nearby information board to find out why !
