Try to avoid these when driving Traditional Cache

Now there is a purpose for these and 99% of them are in locations to assist with maintenance of specific area but every once in a while someone will put these somewhere that probably has a good reason but sneak up on you while driving. Scrlttoha understands. There is a roadside pulloff but this is NOT available from the highway. Please replace as found.
