Britt David Park is a nice sports park located in Columbus, GA. It has several baseball/softball fields, a football field and a Par Course. It is open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please respect those hours. I was driving by this park and decided to give it a look. It is a very nice park and while I was there, there were many people using the facilities.
This is the first of several caches I placed in the park. More to come, if you prefer to wait. All of the caches are close to the perimeter walking trail. This particular cache is the farthest from the trail due to its size. Stay on the path until you get to the grassy field at the top of the short incline from the trailhead coordinates. You will only have to enter the wood line for about 25 feet. No need to bushwack from the parking coordinates.
