This 3-stage multi-cache is meant as a supplement to the nearby "Herzl House in Hulda Forest" geocache (GC9D2DN). If you have a little extra time, it's well worth it to check out some of the other historical locations, which are an easy walking distance from there.
Stage 1: (the posted coordinates)
The posted coordinates will bring you to the Shiloah-line water resevuoir, around which you'll find several information plaques in Hebrew.
The concreate reservoir was quickly built in July of year A
The hand-written letter to Dov Yosef was numbered B
The green map of the emergency water line to Jerusalem is numbered C/1
Stage 2: (waypoint)
Next, go to the memorial to labor and resistance, near Chizik's grave. You'll find there a sign in English and Hebrew.
The Hulda farmstead was attacked on the year D
Efraim Chizik, who died in the attack, was born in the year E
The memorial was inaugurated in the year F
Stage 3: (the final)
The cache is located near the "deep well". The well was dug 189m deep, and required a special high-pressure pump. But in the end the water turned out to be polluted with sulfer and were undrinkable. The Well was abandoned, and soon collapsed and was filled in.
