Captain America is the alter ego of Steve Rogers, a frail young artist enhanced to the peak of human perfection by an experimental "super-soldier serum" after joining the military to aid the United States government's efforts in World War II. Near the end of the war, he was trapped in ice and survived in suspended animation until he was revived in modern times.
This hiking-only trail. The trail is very uneven due to a lot of hog activity in the area - watch those ankles!. The trail is narrow, tree lined and shady and clearly marked to make it a nice hike, but be careful of all the holes on the trail. It is not impossible to push a bike through here, but it would take a lot of work and effort. Plus while you can push it through, it is kind of frowned upon by the rangers to take it in there because they don’t want you riding it. If you get caught riding it in the hiking trails you can be asked to leave the park. So just be aware of the rules.
