Time for another Palindromic Party (Newfie Style)!
I held events on 10/10/10 at 10:10 AM and 12/12/12 at 12:12 PM so I figured I may as well hold another one today. . .
Why Newfie Style? Our countdown to 2/22/22 at 2:22 PM will be held at NST - or 9:52 AM PST because it's 2:22 PM somewhere!
I'm sorry people who have day jobs, I don't make the calendar, I only celebrate it - I hope this makes it easier for some folks!
There will be a Dueces Wild Souvenir awarded for today by Groundspeak
Join us at Peace Park on Kebet Way just off the Mary Hill Bypass from 9:30 - 10:15 AM (PST)
We will have a countdown to 2:22PM (NST). We will be in the gazebo in case it rains.
If you want to be extra celebratory you can come as your favourite palindrome
There will be draws, snacks and what not. No cod kissing or shots of Screech involved.
