The next Grand Island Female Geocacher that I'd like to pay tribute to is PurpleHawks! I remember the first time we met was in line at Allegheny Geobash...at least I think so!
The first cache that I found of hers was Step by Step (which was closely followed by "Slowly I Turn") in Niagara Falls. This one was hidden on 12/26/2007 and I found it on 01/05/2008. A good hide and I think I was with TWU.
PH continues to put out some very clever hides, mostly on Grand Island these days.
This cache is a pretty straight forward ammo can in the woods.
PLEASE CLOSE IT CORRECTLY SO IT DOESN'T TURN INTO A MOUSE HOUSE!
