This location is the former site of one of my favorite oldbadger classics, which sadly is now archived. But the spot is perfect for a new creation made by local cacher leesv. If you like this hide, you might enjoy a visit to Scotts Valley to find some more of his creative caches.
This cache requires only a short walk along the Los Gatos Creek Trail from the closest entrance at Garden Hill Drive. The cache is in plain sight, but an astute observer might wonder what it's doing there. The trail and the cache would be a terrain 1 except for the short dirt section between parking and the trail, and you don't need to leave the trail to find the cache.
There are no posted trail hours that I can find. The neighboring Vasona Lake County Park hours are 8:00am to sunset.
