En el Cerro de la Cabeza, cerca de la localidad de La Cabrera, se encuentra un yacimiento, todavía no excavado, posiblemente del periodo más temprano de la Edad de Hierro. En la parte más alta del cerro (N 40 51.590 W 3 38.393) es fácil identificar los restos de lo que fue un castro y a media ladera pueden distinguirse otros tantos de lo que debieron ser otros habitáculos y, quizá, una muralla defensiva.
El cache es una pequeña cajita de unos 8 cm de largo. Se admitirá fotolog si no es posible firmar. Sin firma ni foto, el log será borrado.

In the "Cerro de la Cabeza", near the town of La Cabrera, there is a site, not yet excavated, possibly from the earliest period of the Iron Age. In the highest part of the hill (N 40 51,590 W 3 38,393) it is easy to identify the remains of what was a "castro" (small village). Halfway up the slope, many other small buildings and, perhaps, a defensive wall can be distinguished.
The cache is a small box about 8 cm long. Fotolog will be accepted if it is not possible to sign. Without signature or photo, the log will be deleted.
