Interurban Trail Traditional Cache

This 1.3 mile Interurban Trail is so named because it sits partly along the old trolley system that serviced this area years ago.

The old streetcar system once criss-crossed the metro area and served this area for 40 interurban miles between Arvada to Golden.

There is a  building straight east of here on Yarrow St. which looks like it could have been the old style depot. This would be  the beginning (east end) of this section of the trail and from there, you can head back west toward this cache and continue to the west end..

Street parking is limited so starting at the beginning or end would be the best places.
