Geocache Description:

First stage is virtual. More on that below.

I wonder how many people remember this shoppping center when it was called Eudowood Plaza?  The open air center opened in summer of 1963, with a Montgomery Ward and a Woolworth as the anchor stores, along with a Food Fair Supermarket.  Likely the most memorable store here was a Best Products store added in 1978.

In 1981 the shopping center was renovated and converted into an enclosed mall and renamed Towson Marketplace.  The mall did poorly and tenants came and went.  In 1997, the iconic Best store was demolished and replaced by the store with the bullseye that you can see from published coordinates.  The Montgomery Ward store closed in 2001 when the national chain went out of business.   That space became the home of the current Wally's emporium and the name of the center was changed to Towson Place.

THE CACHE:  First stage is virtual.  At the published coordinates you will find two gray utility boxes.  On one of them is a small black sign with white lettering.  What is the name of the engineering company on that sign (1 word).

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.

Congratulations to MDSurveyor for FTF!
