The American River Parkway is a great asset to the community and Rancho Cordova. Here at Hagan Park, you can bike/walk along the bike trail, play softball, bring your pup to the dog park, have a picnic, watch the ducks that float in the ponds, or just enjoy the scenery. It is also the site of the annual Rancho Cordova 4th of July party and concert.
This spot is one of the best places to watch the sun go down. It is quiet and there are no trees blocking the horizon. Be sure to bring your camera.
