I have no clue what this island is actually called but it kind of looks like a turtle's head poking out of the water with the much larger island right behind it. In the mid-season winter, there is a plowed ice road that will get you most of the way out here. From there, you will need to spot and retrieve the cache. The cache is attached, not hooked so a long pole won't help you here.
