The small town of LaCrosse started when two railroads formed a junction in 1888 -- then came a section house, a store, and the town. It was incorporated in 1917. The oldest burial in this cemetery is from 1894 but the cemtery is still well maintained. A group of local volunteers planted 67 spruce trees along the edge of the cemetery.
Please be respectful of the cemetery as you hunt for this cache.
