Fort McAllister State Park is one of two beautiful and amazing state parks in the vicinity of Savannah, GA. Well worth staying here at the campground or just visit for the day. Learn all about the fort and it's history, experience how soldiers lived and worked in the mid 19th century, enduring the stifling heat in the summer and mild winters.

 

The Redbird Trail will lead you through a coastal area forest to find this cache. While you are on the trail visit the other caches in the area. 

 

This cache was placed with the permission of the park manager

An entrance fee is required unless you have a state park pass.
