UPDATED 24/10/22 - Please note that this cache has been relocated from old co-ordinates S 37° 47.033' E145° 16.110 to its new location. Unfortunately as good as a hide at the old location it was subject to moisture from the elements and finally the cache was subject to theft.
Hi everyone. This is our second cache. We hope you like it. Please take care to put the container back exactly as is (you'll see what we mean) it helps to keep it from the elements.
Our family loves Croydon. Such a nice place to live and walk around with different views. Plenty of open spaces for excersise too.
Sitting behind McAdam Square, Lipscombe Park has an oval, pavilion, playground, public toilets, picnic tables, shelter and partial walking trail around the oval that measures approximately 400m. It's a great park to bring the dogs for a walk and have a kick of the footy.
This cache is safely away from the playground nearby but it's still good to use a bit of stealth when looking. Especially if there are any sporting events around the oval. Parking is easily available at the park or around the corner at McAdam square. Avoid parking along the narrow road behind the back of the shops as it's a thoroughfare for the local businesses. Please take care to put the cache back carefully as it was found. Thanks 😃
