The Too Hazy Adventure Lab at Udvar-Hazy was in development when COVID started restricting visits to the Air and Space Center. For a while, the center was not open to visitors. Let's try again now that restrictions are loosening.

The Udvar-Hazy Center displays historic aviation and space artifacts, especially items too large for the National Air and Space Museum's building on the National Mall. Notable items include the Enola Gay, the Boeing B-29 Superfortress that dropped the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan, the Gemini 7 space capsule, a Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft, the Space Shuttle Discovery orbital spacecraft, and an Air France Concorde supersonic airliner.

There are several well-established locations for plane spotting near KIAD Dulles Airport. Udvar Hazy is one. Most locations are on or near airport grounds.
The bonus cache is located in a park near KIAD. Park in the nearby parking lots and enjoy a pleasant walk in the woods. Choose a longer walk in the woods or a shorter walk along roadside trails. Choose your adventure.
