Geocache Description:

Ballinteer Gardens on the Ballinteer Road, was the first housing estate to be built in the area in the 1930's, when the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Trust built housing for Irish ex-Servicemen in Ireland. Combined wtih Mayfield Terrace and Ballinteer Park these roads are what is considered 'Old Ballinteer'.

There isn't parking in this particular spot, but you can park in the street itself or 30m up the road at the Ballinteer shops.
