The Southland Building is definitely a Terrell Landmark. Originally housing Mayfield Flour Company, the building most recently housed Southland Athletic Company that manufactures athletic apparel for sale to retailers across the nation. The building recently sold and the community is excited to see what awaits this treasured part of Terrell history.
