To enhance the geo -caching experience, Bluebird (a gadget cache) has been created and placed. Cache is placed at Acker Park in the heart of beautiful Prescott, Arizona. Acker Park is a charming 80-acre park featuring a 1-mi. hiking loop trail, picnic areas & an open-air theater.
Beatles great, Paul McCartney, wrote Bluebird during a holiday in Jamaica. He used the flight of a bluebird as a metaphor for the power of love to set a person free from mental and physical constraints.
This cache is located in an open field of bluebird houses and will brighten your day as lights and sounds will fill your experience. Enjoy the light show. There's a bison tube "somewhere" within the cache. Terrain rating is 2.5 as you'll have to follow (short walk) established trail to arrive at the cache. Don't forget your pen and HAVE FUN!!!
