Always looking for locations to hide a cache. Came upon this location and thought what a quiet neighborhood, no one watching or really interested in what was happening outside of his or her yard. One only needs to be concerned with those who came to visit the neighborhood but even that was sporadic and no one paid much attention. Ah, at last a quiet place for a cache to rest.
