While searching for a place to hide this cache, I had a bit of a different, new experience. A lady approached me to say hello.
"Hi," I responded. "I'm not being creepy, just geocaching!"
"No worries," she said. "I just came over because my cat wanted to see what you were doing."
I looked down at this beautiful black cat with yellow eyes on a leash, taking a walk around the parking lot. The cat approached and nuzzled me, letting me pet him like he was a small dog. He reminded me so much of my cat, Zoe, who passed away in July 2021. I asked his name and his owner told me it was Seneca.
And that's how this cache got its name. You do you, Seneca, Live long and prosper.
This series of caches was inspired by GC2G5P2, which brings up the idea that "every hotel should provide the avid cacher a hide they can walk to." So, I thought I'd hide some easy, fun caches for visiting (and local) cachers to grab. These hides are meant to be quick, friendly finds.
Please use stealth and replace as found. Happy caching!
