This back area needs some serious help. There is a feral cat program placed here by the city of Foley and these cats are living in so much trash. Bottles, cans, plastic, you name it... its here. This could end up being the most trash ever to pick up in one area and I need everyone's help to get this place back to a more habital area. I've got permission from the Mexican restaurant to host a CITO in hopes we can make this spot look trash free. They have also given me permission to dispose of the trash we pick up in their dumpster nearby.
I will be bringing the minty fresh garbage bags (yall seemed to really like those at the last event), trash pickers (or just bring your own gloves) and everyone that hits the Will Attend log will get a CITO Pinback Button.
My goal for 2022 is to host 1 CITO event every month. The last 2 months we have so far picked up 472 gallons of trash! Lets keep up the great work!
