Ok, so our plan is to hide a cache a day in the month of February. These will all be in our area of operation in northern Indiana and SW Michigan. I know it will be a challenge with ice, snow and cold, but there are some advantages of winter caching; no poison ivy, mosquitoes or stinging insects that come into play in other seasons. Depending on the weather, we expect some of these could be activated for some time before a brave soul ventures out for a FTF in February. Some of these will be quality caches, while other will be LPCs and other not too exciting ones. We plan to keep these in play until next fall and will archive any that don’t have any favorite points by then.
Got this one placed on the way to work this morning before the next winter event starts. This one may be a challenge as I am pretty sure this part does not get plowed. This building has changed hands a few time since it was built about 15 years ago. Will be interesting to see what goes in next. I am always on the look out for interesting objects when I am geocaching. I have attached one of my finds to this container.
