Pinhead (noun): A pinball enthusiast. Similar is a plungeroo, a pinball-playing addict.
Please join us for a Flash Mob on Sunday morning in the parking lot in front of 919 N East St Suite B, Frederick, MD 21701 -- Spinners Pinball Arcade. There is tons of parking and this cache as well as the arcade are 100% wheelchair accessible. After the event, spend the rest of the day caching in the area (tons of local hides including two Adventure Labs!) or venture inside the arcade and play to your heart’s content.
There is an admission fee for the arcade: $15 per person and this is good for all day. Admission fees are NOT related to the Flash Mob which is 100% free. All geocachers assume responsibility for any and all costs they personally incur.
EVENT SCHEDULE (Here's the plan):
- 9:30 AM -- 9:35 AM – Greetings. Sign the event log sheet.
- 9:35 AM -- 9:50 AM -- Meet other cachers, talk shop, trade TBs and enjoy some donut holes.
- 9:50 AM -- 9:55 AM -- Group picture
- 10:00 AM -- Event ends but you are welcome to stay in the area to cache or to explore the arcade.
- 10:00 AM -- Log sheet is collected.
- 10:00 AM -- Announcements about the arcade for those interested.
Please post a "Will Attend" log with the number in your party so we can have enough donut holes for the group AND if you think you might hang around afterwards to check out the arcade (we want to be polite and give them a heads up). Thanks!
