Take the path that cuts between Spraklin Blvd and the T'Railway. There's an old, old path off that trail that leads to the remains of a rusted out old truck. Cache is tucked away under a piece of the truck.
Cache is a plastic container wrapped in duct tape. Contains a log, paper, and some trade items.
