The published coordinates are for the entrance to the Arboretum. This cache is not hidden there. To discover its location you need to play the Newton St Cyres Arboretum Adventure Labs. This will take you on a walk of approximately 1km on fairly level unpaved paths where you will see many unusual specimens of trees from all around the world.
Please refer to the waypoints in this listing which correspond to the stages of the Adventure Lab, I hope this will help you plan your route. The attributes and the difficulty/terrain rating are specific to the bonus cache.
