The above coordinates are correct and the cache container can be found at any time. But in order to log the cache as a find you will have to meet the requirements of the cache.
If you have logged caches for every day in the month of April, then you are eligible to log this cache as a find. Finds can be from any time since you started caching, but April 1-30 must have at least one find for each day.
