Continuing our Chickamauga Chess series. This one is near the location of the Glass grist mill, where there were several encounters between Union and Confederate troops. The distinctive point about this battle is that no foot soldiers were there. This was an artillery duel, involving only artillery batteries and skirmishers, and it was the only such encounter during the Chickamauga campaign.
