This was hidden for the 22222 event in Middletown.
This is a challenging cache! It took me about 7 tries to set this cache! Getting it shouldn't be too hard with the right TOTT. But replacing may take a few tries.
This cache contains an unactivated Lacky Tag for the FTF!
