I noticed this area on the satellite image, and it looked like a place to find a hiding spot for a cache. Upon arrival I could see that the situation was not the same depicted on the satellite image. The tree I had thought would contain a hiding place was there, but it was not in the condition I had expected to find it in. I was still able to find a hiding spot in the tree despite the changes.
Nothing fancy here just a simple log only cache for you to find.
Navagation note: The road cut this cache is on goes nowhere except a nice grove of oak trees after that it is cross country on a very steep hill.
Remember to be careful out here on in Cronan Ranch. In the Summer drink lots of water and use a stick or hiking stick to poke around so that the snakes let you know if they are there. Snakes frequently like to hide in the same places Geocachers like to hide caches. If there is a snake guarding any of my Geocaches you don't need to sign the log, but you owe me a good online log telling me why you didn't sign the log. Make it a good one.
