This cache is in Newark Watershed property, so you need a permit from the Echo Lake office to hike here. You will park at P5 and walk on the yellow trail. You will pass a pretty row of rhododendrons and see an interesting rock formation to your right. The background photo can serve as a hint for the general area and the hint has specific information about the cache location. There is a good amount of GPS bounce here, so look for the overhanging rocks, then look for a triangular-shaped boulder underneath it and then look for a crevice next to the ground to your right. There is a tree to the right of the boulder. Enjoy!
