Brolga Bill's Puzzles
Brolga Bill decided that, instead of making all the puzzles for the Mega difficult and different, he would construct some that were grouped into types, that started easy and worked through to moderately tricky. Each type has five puzzles in its series.
By this technique he hopes that some cachers who normally would not look at puzzles, will have a go at these.

Letters
A lot of puzzles are based on converting letters to numbers. Here are a few ways to do it.
The Letter-to-Number Cypher (or Number-to-Letter Cypher or numbered alphabet) is the most common way to convert letters into numbers and consists in replacing each letter by its position in the alphabet, for example A=1, B=2, Z=26.
