ワンハッピーパークは、ワンハッピープラザ（清里ひろば）の姉妹施設となるショッピングモールです。
当時はメルヘンなパステルカラーの外観を誇っていましたが、今はシャッターが降ろされ周辺の資材置き場として利用されているのみです。

キャッシュはこの施設内に設置しました。
