In 2018 this was still a sleepy warehouse but in 2019 the whole area was transformed into a creative industry office space area, retaining much of the older building stock and adding renovations, public spaces and some playful elements such as sculptures, creative signage, colours and plazas.
The Art Port interior road network and basic building facilities were built in 2019 and opened in 2020 and substantial renovation and moving-in of new businesses is still taking place in early 2022 when this cache is placed.
